Bill Miller and Marsha Wiggins launched "Lotta Stores" two years ago. 

 

BILL: "I was recovering from surgery and sitting in that chair over there and thinking what if I had to go shopping or something? How would I be able to do that?" 

 

MARCIA: "I said Lotta Stores, he says he said Lotta Stores. We didn't have the tape going then, so we don't know for sure." 

 

Bill's a delivery person. Marsha's a flight attendant. Neither one of them is very good with computers. 

 

BILL: "It's all trial and error. I'm a self taught person. I just learned how to do the html code." 

 

The day before Cyber Monday: that's their busiest day of all. 

 

BILL: "Working all week from 4:30 in the morning to sometimes 9:00 at night where sometimes i just had to get up out of the chair and just walk away 

because I just couldn't do it anymore. Just looking at code on the screen all day long my eyes start to get tired." 

 

The National Retail Federation expects online shopping will be up 35 percent this year from last year. More retailers than ever will be offering 

deep discounts and free shipping online. 

 

"It's more convenient…when you don’t have time to go to the store." "I don't have the patience to wait for it to get shipped to the house. If I want it, I want it now."
